“Over the last 20-odd years, I’ve become used to bringing in people to carry out work I may well have done myself in previous years. I used to enjoy doing the work myself, then ‘busy’ became ‘far too busy’ so as the years have come and gone, we’ve brought people in.
Our experience? Very varied. One or two who we liked and were very good and then … many who couldn’t or didn’t deliver in the way we’d anticipated. I seem now to have become a full time quality-controller when all I’d like to be is … a ‘customer’.
All we’ve wanted in those years has been a good standard (sorry, Chris – I mean a very good standard) by conscientious tradespeople who are nice to have around. You and Sara not only deliver on standards as you very carefully carry out our work, you ensure that you ask the right questions to get the right picture of what we as customers/clients do want. And it shouldn’t go unsaid that having you and Sara around the place is ….. easy. You therefore have our appreciation for what you’ve done for us in the four or five weeks you’ve been in our house in these last two spells – the pictures you now have should only add to that impressive image of your work.

“Chris and his team stripped all the old woodchip and wallpapers off and lined, painted and wallpapered all the walls. However, it was the preparation prior to the painting and papering that has really made the difference. The walls are so smooth, with no joins to be seen on any of the papering.Chris even did some small DIY jobs for me whilst he was here. My house was left clean and tidy just in time for the carpets being fitted and me moving in. One very happy customer!”
